Finance Manager (Central London based PE backed technology consultancy)

Job Description: As a Finance Manager for a PE-backed technology consultancy based in Central London, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role includes managing the finance team, preparing detailed financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, managing financial risks, and optimizing the company’s financial position. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior leadership.

• Manage the finance team, ensuring effective performance and development.

• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and investment opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in a finance management role, ideally within a technology or consultancy firm.

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a finance team.

• Proven ability to provide strategic financial guidance and analysis.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced knowledge of financial software and systems.

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are highly preferred.

Pay: £75,000-£80,000
