FP&A Manager (Central London based consultancy)

Job Description: As an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager in a Central London-based consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and planning for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining financial models, conducting thorough financial analysis, and providing insightful reports to senior management. You will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping the company to make informed business decisions. The role demands a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders. This position offers a competitive salary of £65,000-£70,000 and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts.

• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial support and guidance.

• Monitor and report on financial KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar FP&A role, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred.
